The Tú is our in-house restaurant which can be found on the ground floor of the Hotel and is open from 7am – 9pm, seven days a week. Our Head Chef and his team have created a Mediterranean-inspired menu full of flavour that utilises the locally grown, fresh and organic produce Vanuatu is famous for. The popular favourites are always on the menu - Santo beef, seasonal local lobster and tuna, however the specials board changes daily so variety is never a problem at the Tú.
The pool-side fare can be reserved or fully closed for the following Functions and Events:

The venue includes a sound system, microphones and projector and screen are also available. Themed decorations and colour schemes can also be arranged.
Buffet Lunches or Dinners can be quoted according to number of persons, number of courses and number of mains offered.
